So this is my 2nd time publishing my week 2 update. In some weird fashion I ended up overwriting it with my last update. So here we go again. Week two was another set of amazing workouts. From the Fire 45 class, to the HIIT 20, and the Core and Sculpt classes. I think that my favorite for the week was Fire 45 and HIIT 20.
I have my week 2 video update here, on my YouTube channel. It’s been fun getting back into the camera again. I’m sure I look at goofy per usual, :) , but it’s a great way to add some motivation for yourself and others. All about sharing my results, enthusiasm and desire to get healthy with others.
I felt a lot more comfortable the 2nd week with the workouts, the moves and the intensity level that I was able to bring to class for each day. The moves in these workouts seemed more 'natural to me. Now that could be because I was finally getting down the Fire 30 and Fire 55 moves and so forth. But either way it all works out in the end. The key is sticking in there, pressing play, rewinding, pausing and doing whatever you need to, to feel comfortable. I was also surprised at the effectiveness of the Core 20 class. I’d been so use to the insanity and P90x ab workouts that I didn’t expect it would be as effective. let me just say I was wrong about that. It did the job and you really get an awesome burn from the moves that chalene has put forth.

Monday – Fire 45 class / Stretch 10 class
Tuesday – Run 3.12 Miles / HIIT 20 class / Stretch 10 class
Wednesday – Run 2.45 Miles / REST
Thursday – HIIT 15 Class / Sculpt 30 Class
Friday – Run 4.19 Miles / Fire 55 EZ Class
Saturday – Core 20 class / Stretch 40 class
Sunday – Fire 45 class / stretch 10 class
So if you make any decision about your health and fitness, the first thing you need to decide is are you ready to commit yourself to getting healthy? Take that first step. Take that first little baby step to saying yes. Find something that peaks your interest. I would love for it to be a beachbody program because I know they work.
