So like i mentioned before, been doing this P90x routine.  Last week was the recovery week. Where you do a bit less work, no actual weights per se, and such. But there is this one workout the Core synergistics that works the 'core' as it says.  And man, that was a killer.  I felt like i was beat up, but in a good way.  Well worth doing.

This week is phase 2.  New routine for some pieces to help spice and mix things up so your not getting stagnant.  lastnight was a new chest, upper body, routine and it was rough.  I am sore today for sure.  But again, it was fun.
