This week has been tough. I ended up getting sick early in the week, which hampered my energy levels, but I was still able to continue through all the workouts. That was a definite win in my book. Being in the phase 2 section of the program, I’ve enjoyed the variety that has come with the adjustment of the workout’s to ‘spice’ things up per se. This allowing the body to not get to used to one routine.
During phase 2 I have shifted over to using the bands rather than basically no weights in phase 1 since I didn’t have anything to use (some soup cans were weight of choice). And I will say they work great, the bands I mean. Well worth it.
