Another week has finished today for my P90x routine.  This weeks exercises were actually pretty tough, but in a good way.   I thin I hit the exericises a bit harder, switched up to a heavier band and i'm feeling more into the exercises each week.    I remember when I first started the program 7 weeks ago, and I wasn't always looking forward to the next exericise.  But now, each day I do look forward to the next one.  Other than the Yoga, which I am yet to do.  I usually substitute it for the Cardio X routine. 

 This upcoming week is the 2nd recovery week.  starting to get in the sorta home stretch.    I'll have to figure out the 2 yoga days.  I've just not gotten myself to get into doing them yet. Probably continue to substitute with the cardio routine.  I still keep hearing that the yoga is a favorite of others that have done the program, but I think i've psyched myself out from the beginning.   During my next round of the program i may include it.  So far I like the program, so I am considering the PLUS as well.
