So this was the last week of exercises in terms of using weights/bands and the last of the phase 3.  It went well, finished strong and excited to finish up the final recovery week next week.   I think it will be difficult though, since I will be going out of town for holiday.   Hopefully I will be able to dig in and do the workouts on the road, but may not. We'll see.  If I don't, I'm not too worried about it, since i will come back and finish it when I return.  I feel comforable enough in what I've acheived that missing a week isn't going to break me. If anything, it will show me that I can get back into the routine and continue working towards my goals.
