So finally wrapping up the first month of round 2. So far going ok. I haven't noticed much difference yet, but it takes time of course. No hurry, as long as I keep pressing the play button everything will fall into place. It was nice doing some of the original P90x workouts again. Definitely more intense in some regards in terms of the body workouts, at least I think so. But could be me, not working as intense in the Plus upper body/total body workouts. I will have to see this week starting in the 2nd phase. I'll post a 30 day pic this week. I didn't take many pictures last round or measurements. going to try and keep better track this time, but we'll see.
Day 1 - Back and Bicep - Ab ripper x
Day 2 - Core synergistics
Day 3 - Chest , Shoulder , Triceps
Day 4 - Medicine Ball - One on One
Day 5 - Legs and Back
Day 6 - Kenpo Cardio Plus
Day 7 - Interval Plus
