So this first week of P90x round 2, entailed using a combination of the P90x and P90x plus. 

Day 1 - Upper body Plus / Abs core Plus
Day 2 - Interval X Plus / Abs core plus
Day 3 - Total body Plus
Day 4 - Yoga (substituted Cardio 5-6 from One-on-One) 
Day 5 - Upper Plus / Abs core plus
Day 6 - Kenpo Cardio Plus
Day 7 - Rest (Did Medicine Ball from One-on-One)

That was my week one.  A lot of workouts, and very fun to do.  I enjoy the new workouts that are in the P90x Plus and would of liked to have seen a couple more added but I see where they were heading with creating the one-on-one workouts over the past year.  I've enjoyed those so far as well. I think i've tried 4 of them in various times.  I will continue to substitue out for particular workouts with some from the one-on-one routines to add variety.  

So far, my favorites workouts are the Interval X Plus and the Kenpo Cardio. They kicked my butt pretty good.  Thoroughly drenched afterwards.    I wish I did have a pullup bar and some pushup things they use as I think i'd be a lot further along strength wise. But I make do with the bands.  The Plus series you really do need them to get the most out of it. In the original P90x you could make do a lot easier I felt.  All in all though the upper body and Total body do a good job.
