It is that time. I will be starting my 2nd round of P90x today at some point. This round will be a blend of everything that is avialable for P90x and from Tony Horton. I will be doing the standard routine for the P90x and P90x Plus versions, but throwing in some of the One-on-One routines througout the 90 days. I'll either be doing them as 2nd workouts our replacements. A lot of it depends on how things are going. One of my goals this round is to do the Yoga and streching. I didn't take advantage of those and think in the long run I"ll be better off if I at least make an attempt.
Food wise, I still plan on continuing my normal routine. I've cut back on my portions, drink water 98% of the time now compared to before i did the first round when i'd drink 2 or 3 mountain dews a day or at least some form of pop. And now I watch the type of foods I eat. If we do have to stop at fast food for some reason for the kids, I'll grab a grilled chicken type sandwich and get the sauce taken off. That way i know i've reduced the # of calories and I am also eating something somewhat more healthier for me.
I've also signed up on the team beachbody site and using the WOWY (Work Out With You, team beachbody site) to keep track of workouts. I"m also planning on taking measurements consistently this round. So need to get that taken care of today as well as a new Picture for Day 0.
So should be exciting, tough, fun and anything else that comes to mind. But well worth the results 90 days from now.
