So some folks at work have decided to do the hundreds challenge, http://hundredpushups.com/index.html, where you work through 6 weeks of routines, to get yourself up to the point where you can do 100 pushups. Looks challenging. I'm going to try and add it into my current routine i'm doing and see how well I'll fare. I think based on what they say, I can actually start in week 3. I'll know tomorrow when I do the initial test to see how I stand before even starting. I got faith i can do between 30 and 40 pushapps in one sitting.
Looks fun. Always nice to do stuff with others, helps get you motivated to achieve your goals. I'll keep track of how things are going here as well.
Initial Test: 31 pushups
