Day 50 was a combo day. First part was the Fit Test #4. Which I’ll show my results down below. Overall I am very happy with those results. I have gone up in all 8 exercises and I felt great during the fit test. I separated out the two workouts because I wasn’t about to do them back to back. The 2nd part of the workout, Max Interval Circuit, rocked. I was having fun from the first second all the way till the end. Something about the circuit workout that really gets me pumped up to press hard, dig deep and execute insanely on each exercise. It’s really nice when all cylinders begin to click, because you can really dig into the routine and just enjoy what is happening.

Fit Test #4 – Table below shows my results from all 4 fit tests. I am really happy about these results. Shows that the Max workouts really are doing what they say by pushing me harder, further into my endurance and physical capabilities. Just 2 weeks left and the final Fit test at the end. Need to seriously push myself over the next 2 weeks.

So Max Interval Circuit is a great workout to really dig in and burn away the goo. I love the one guys comment when Shaun T. asks him how he is doing '”It hurts so good!”. And I’d have to agree. I’d never thought that I’d enjoy pushing my body to such extremes, extreme for my own personal experiences, and having such fun with it. There is one exercise combo I really enjoy getting into right now during this workout and it is the football run / cross jacks in between the circuits. And the floor switch kicks still kick my butt!. :). But I get in there and do my best.
So sure Insanity is hard. Sure it takes dedication and focus to get into the game each and everyday. But I have that choice and option to do so. I have the ability to make my life better and hopefully others around me better by showing that it pays off to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
Insanity is NOT eating a hamburger and fries and following up with some fried onion rings or Mozzarella sticks.
insanity is NOT sitting on the couch drinking a diet coke while eating a bag full of greasy potatoes chips with French onion dip.
Insanity is NOT taking the elevator to go up one flight when you have 2 perfectly working feet and legs.
Insanity IS dedication, focus, a well earned RIGHT to get fit and push yourself further than you ever have been.
Insanity is finding the fit person inside that has been lurking all along and enjoys having the energy to walk those flights of stairs, enjoys having the ability to ride a bike, run a mile, play outside and keep up with your children.
Insanity IS having fun and enjoying yourself at the end of the day.
