insanityTextBox Day 23 was Insanity  Cardio Power and Resistance.  As with most of the Insanity workouts, this one has grown on me as well.  By the time the 3rd time through the Power Jumps, I’m just exhausted. it’s fun though. I enjoy the fact that I know I am getting a total workout here. I’ve noticed that my jumping height and ability to go longer in the workout with stronger intensity continues to go up. Which keeps getting me motivated to push harder each workout.  The results are coming in each workout because I can notice the differences in how I am performing from week one to week 4 here.

So some things  to remember when doing these workouts.  I’m sure I’ve mentioned before, but they seem to really make a difference. Focus on keeping your core tight.  Keep focusing on finding that inner strength to pull out one more power jump, one more round the globe, or one more walking jumping jack.  The key is, each workout, each exercise, find a way to add to what you’ve already accomplished.  This will bring you the results. this will help you succeed at reaching your goals.

It’s been a fun ride so far.  And crazy how fast the recovery week is coming up. Just a few days away.  Curious what that workout is considering we do it for the entire week.  We shall see.
