First fit test for my round 2 of Shaun Thompson’s Insanity program. I was pretty excited to get in there and push myself hard and see where I was at. It has been about 3 weeks I think since I last did one. I think I did pretty good comparatively to the end of my first round. Lost a bit of steam, but this gives me the motivation and drive to push hard for the next 2 weeks.
Let’s set the stage. Fit test in Insanity is designed to show your progress from day 1 through day 63 of the program. You do a series of 8 exercises for 1 minute as hard as you can. You start with a few minutes of warm-up, couple minutes of stretch then away you go. It’s motivating to reach and surpass your previous tests. I now have my base to start from and can only go up from here.
