Last night, I did my 2nd fit test of Insanity. I’d been a bit nervous about how that would go over. Well, the wait is over and I nailed it. It turned out very well compared to my first week results. I’m amazed at a couple of them the jump that I got in just 2 weeks. I’m very happy with this and shows that this does really work! Insanity is no joke!
If your here for the first time, lets step back a moment and explain the scenario. Insanity day #1, you do a fit test. This is a series of 8 exercises used to gauge your beginning Cardio capabilities. See how well you can hang. Then every 2 weeks throughout Insanity, you will do another fit test, to see if you are getting stronger and an increase in cardiovascular capabilities.

So looking at the information below, I think it went awesome. I mean, I destroyed a couple of them compared to the first fit test and made significant progress on the others. I felt like I was in a zone on the switch kicks. :). Definitely raises the bar for the next fit test. Just means it is time to dig even deeper the next two weeks and really rock these workouts!

As usual, I had fun with that. I was measuring my heart rate after each one and I was near 170 after each exercise. I was pushing it hard and digging deep! Ended up burning in just that 26 minutes of a fit test, 344 calories. Just shows that you can really push yourself and get the results with a mere 8 exercises (some warm-up and stretch)
So if there is any doubt, this does work. Insanity will get you in shape. It is not easy, it is not something you take lightly when you do it.
