insanityGetFitGetOut Amazing how a mix of weight training and some cardio can burn a ton of calories and give you a great workout.  I’m still feeling the after effects of this one.  I love being back into the realm of adding in some weight training a couple days a week, to help keep up the muscles, add some growth where possible and continue to get into even better shape.

Results (47 minutes).  Burned 650 Calories.  Avg HR: 135 Max HR: 202

There is no stopping the leaps and bounds that can be attained by sticking with this and any other workout program.  I’m loving it. I’m loving the way I feel each day and the energy I have.  Take the time folks to reassess your health and fitness goals. Take the time, to make that decision to get up and walk away from that Soap Opera or Drama that is on TV and press play to the future of your health.  One hour. That is all I ask of you each day.  I’ll commit to it with you.  There is no better way to get in shape then with friends, family for support.  Be it virtual or in lining color.
