So I took on week 4 day 1.  I think I choose the wrong day to do it. :).  I had just done an upper body workout the evening before, and thought the next morning, ah what the heck lets do the 100 pushup challenge workout.  Well, I was able to do the first three sets of reps ok. Managed to make those #'s.  By the 4th set, I was spent.  Just had absolutely no energy left. I got like 1/2 way through it and the gas left the building.

So I am going to do a 'take 2' on this one till I can get it right.  Need to choose the appropriate day also to make sure I"m not exhausted. I'll do a followup When I have it.  I'll show below what the reps are for this one.

rest 60 seconds between each SET (longer if required)
  > 25 push ups
set 1 21
set 2 25
set 3 21
set 4 21
set 5 max (at least 32)
