Another good day for a workout.
- Got in 13k+ steps. Short of my goal. But decent progress. NO excuses.
- Weights for 30 minutes
typical day in the life. Key is, making strides for the future. One big item to note, I did finally get signed up for the Detroit International 1/2 Marathon in October, 2020. I’ve run this a few times now. But it’s been a bit of a hiatus due to some injuries etc. Time to move that needle again. Looking forward to the training over the next 10 months.
